Gascogne Paper has set up a logistics platform dedicated entirely to customers. It co-ordinates the various departments involved in managing and monitoring an order :

  Despatching : Transportation and deliveries

The logistics platform operates at the heart of the paper mill, and oversees compliance with quality, price and deadline commitments. It manages day-to-day communication with customers through dedicated contact people, who deal with all issues relating to specific customers.
 
Based on production forecasts and actual order intake, the logistics platform organises and supervises production and shipments to our customers.
